When iMessage is not the active window but I can click on it, I often click on a conversation to bring it up, but that click only makes the window active. That's fine, I click the conversation again, but now it registers as a double click, and a new window pops up that I then have to close. I'd like it just to make the conversation active without popping a new window. Can this be fixed?
It is just a matter of timing.
If you take a little bit between the first and second clicks (maybe half a second, it probably depends on your speed settings for a double-click), the second click will NOT be registered as a double-click.

Thank you Luis. I adjusted my double click speed to the fastest available, and it seems to have fixed the issue for me!
