Iphone 13 Apple Carplay not working with 2022 Hyundai Tucson
My Iphone 13's Carplay has stopped working with my 2022 Hyundai Tucson and I am at a loss for what the problem is. Carplay connects and disconnects every 1 second. This happens with both wireless and wired. It is running IOS 15.6. Troubleshooting I have done:
I tested my wife's Iphone 12....works fine with carplay.
Reset network settings and reset all settings.
Deleted Vehicle from Carplay and deleted phone from Car- Reconnected again (several times)
Tried my phone on my Honda. Carplay works fine there.
Tried different cables (including brand new)
This has happened before. Only a full factory reset and restore fixed the issue. The issue came back immediatly after updating to IOS 15.6.
Hyundai Dealer tested multiple Iphones with no issues connecting via Carplay. They believe it is the phone.
Any ideas if it is the phone or the car? It doesn't make sense to me that the phone doesn't work only with the Hyundai and once the issue is fixed it came back after an IOS update. Seeing that any other Iphone works fine with the car do I have a defective Iphone?
