Can I sign in to my Google account using iCloud, I am already signed into my Gmail but I can’t get in my actual Google account

You can use a GMAIL address as your AppleID. However, when you are logged in to iCloud using your Gmail email address-as-AppleID, it does not necessarily log you in to your Google account. You will need to do that separately.
