iPhone won't let me download my ticket

I bought a mobile ticket through Ticketmaster and am unable to download it onto my phone. When I try to access it from the email I received, I get a message saying they think I'm a bot, or that I have disabled JavaScript (which I haven't). I then tried to get it from the Ticketmaster app and got the same message. I don't have any other way to get the ticket, it's mobile only. I have not encountered this problem before. Anyone have any experience with this and know how it can be fixed? I have an iPhone 6.

Hi ChelseaGirl98,

Have you tried using a different web browser such as Firefox or Chrome to download your ticket? If not, give that a try and let the community know the outcome.

Also, given that you’re receiving the same error via the Ticketmaster app and the website, you might want to reach out to Ticketmaster to see if they have technical support to help you download your ticket to your iPhone.
