See >>> If you see an ‘Accessory may not be supported’ alert - Apple Support

This alert is typical of a faulty keyboard. The electrical connections that pass though the flexible fabric hinges can fail or become intermittent - usually resulting in errors and/or the on-screen notification that you see.

In such circumstances, the only remedy is replacement of the keyboard. If possible, try to replicate the issue with another iPad - a visit to an Apple Store or other Apple retailer will likely provide access to demo/display units with which you might test your keyboard, or ask for assistance from the technicians at an Apple Genius Bar.
