I am unable to connect my mobile hot-spot to macbook air. Could you please help with me

I am unable to connect with my mobile hot-spot to mack book air.

But my mobile hot-spot is working in other windows/laptop. Not only my mobile other mobile hotpot also its not not connecting and keep on showing the please enter the password window only. Initially I used to connect but after few days later this error is occurring. Could you please help me with this?
