I contacted the apple store in my country asking for a MBP 16" and with it's details, and they sent me this:
Does "GBR" mean that comes with the UK (type G) plug?
And does "KB-US" mean that it comes with a US layout keyboard?

That KB-US means that it is a U.S. Keyboard, as that is what is on the label for my 2021 16-in MBP M1 Pro box sold here in the U.S. Where you have GBR as the ending string, mine ends with KB-US.

I found this post, which says that GBR means the UK 3-pin plug that I wanted.
But I'm still unsure about the keyboard layout.
They should be able to give you a number with 3 letters at the end which you can google and get a better fix on the keyboard type, like this discussion
