No comprendo! Translate on iPad 15.6

One minute I was happily reading a Spanish website in English, via the Translate option in the aA menu. I reverted back to the original to study the Spanish, then pressed aA again to translate back to English, and piff paff puff! No translate option. I tried another Spanish website, and the Translate option is still missing. I upgraded from 15.5 to 15.6. No improvement. Nada! Is the translate option never coming back? Has it moved to somewhere else? Help! Gracias, Merci and Danke Schön!
