If you update to the most recent update, iOS 15.6., you should have all the issues that you are having fixed. iOS 15.3.is not the most recent update.

Varun ~ If you weren't having those issues, I would say the max capacity of 82% is just something to keep an eye on.
But with those issues and being so close to 80%, consider having the battery replaced to see if that resolves anything:

82 is okayish, when it drops below 80 contact apple support for a replacement
It’s an XS, and the Original battery stands at 82%
