just bought an iPhone 13 pro, and I smoked a cigarette while I spoked with someone using him.
some of the smoke just float’s to the device, and it makes me think, does smoking is bad to my device? There is any demage from 5 minutes of smoke?

No; not if you are concerned about damage from internal contamination that is. Air and airborne contaminants are not actively drawn into an iPhone, although some contamination is unavoidable from normal changes in atmospheric pressure. Five minutes is nothing to be worried about.

Besides the potential glass discoloration mentioned earlier, it may pick up the smell of smoke for a little while (especially if it's in a soft case). Five minutes, though, shouldn't have any lasting effects.
As John Galt suggested, cleaning the iPhone is easily done if necessary (and should be done regularly, in my opinion).
AFAIK, I have not seen any studies that can confirm that cigarette smoke near an iPhone would damage it. However, any sustained amount of smoke could potentially discolor it.
Smoke may discolor the glass or the sides.
