Basically I have a Apple Watch 6 series. I need to connect it to my new phone and it is already connected to my old phone which has my old Apple ID id. I don’t remember my old Apple ID password and don’t have access to old phone and I am not able to remove the old Apple ID from my watch it’s asking the password for the old Apple ID. And I am not able to reset my watch due to activation lock. Kindly help

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

You will either need to regain access to the Apple ID used to lock the watch or produce the original proof of purchase for the watch so that Apple can remove the activation lock.
