Cellular Data.

My phone randomly restarted on it’s own & when it turned back on it was saying something about cellular issue detected & I can’t use my phone. It’s saying to contact apple support or do something on a laptop. I don’t know what any of this means. Has anybody ever got this message & if so how did they fix it?

Cellular Issue Detected I have an error that says Cellular data issue detected. It said I needed to update IOS to fix, upon updating it was still broken. I have cleaned my SIM card, reset my network settings, fully restarted my phone, and other options.

Can restart of the iPhone help the cellular data problem? I cannot use cellular data, so I was wondering if I restart my phone it may reset my phone because it was working fine all day until this night
