Is there any way to consolidate Apple ID’s? When I opened my 1st Apple acct many years ago, I wasn’t aware of how Apple uses 1ID and as my email changed a couple of times, when I purchased subsequent phones a new ID was used. So, now I have pictures and other info scattered about. Also, when I’ve solved that issue, can I delete the accounts I’m no longer using?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
