The show ‘SEAL Team’ is on CBS/Paramount+. Its is not included in an Apple TV+ subscription.

You may choose to subscribe with Paramount+ directly. Then sign in and view in the Paramount+ app.
You may choose to subscribe to Paramount+ as Apple TV app Channel. Then view in the Apple TV app.
You may choose to subscribe to Paramount+ as in-app purchase in the Paramount+ app. This type may only be viewable in this app on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV box).
You may choose to buy a season in the iTunes Store to keep indefinitely.
