Unable to download apps

I recently moved to the US and I’m trying to download new apps. I change my region, resented my iPhone and logged out from my account, however it still shows the “your account is not valid for use in the US. Change to your Mexican store before purchasing” message.

Hi Kanat,


Seems you would need to change your Apple ID country

How tp: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


Eg: Before you update your location, you might begin by doing three things, below.


(1) Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

Account balance must be zero (0) .

(ie: spend any store credit, or ask  Apple Support to make it 0) 


(2) cancel your subscriptions :

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support


If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (AU)


(3) Find a payment method Apple accepts in your new country or region:

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support


NB: Check what else in the article applies so you can continue on with changing your country
