According to the Compatibility section for Instagram from the App Store, Instagram does not support the Apple Watch. If you would like to suggest to Instagram to support the Apple Watch, see:

I left the setting on to collect data on my phone each day. The problem is that the watch notifies me many times each day. However, the notification is annoying and disturbing, especially at night as it wakes me up. i don’t want to stop the sampling, as I want to continue collecting historical data for review with my doctor. However, I do want to silence all Afib notifications on my watch. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. Suggestions?
