Touch screen

My iPad was working just fine until about a month ago when it started to act unresponsive in certain areas. After a while it just turned into a half of the screen. Sometimes it glitches out and starts clicking on random areas. I’ve tried restarting it multiple times, it worked at first but now it does nothing.
