If you mean only the bottom of the case and nowhere else, I'd suspect finish damage and no more. If you got any inside, do as Smilie-Brian suggests.

It is time for a new computer: What has occurred its a health hazard. So, dispose of this computer properly. Local authorities would know the best place of doing so.
