How to make notifications not wake screen when they arrive, but keep them in lock screen iPhone SE 2022

Hi,

I am not happy with notifications constantly turning my screen on at the time they arrive.

I still want to be able to see them in the lock screen, but when I decide to wake up my screen.

I saw there are options to disable lock screen notifications for specific apps, but this is not suitable, as then I miss out on messages, because I don't see them on the lock screen anymore.

I still want to see messages in the lock screen.

I only want to disable the auto screen turn on feature. Globally for all apps.

Is there a way to do this?
