Call log getting deleted
My call logs keep getting automatically deleted without my permission.. how can I stop this action?

By design, "Recents" contains 100 incoming/outgoing calls. If you need to check older calls, you can contact your cellular carrier and ask them for a detailed calls list.
If you'd like that number to be increased on your iPhone, you can submit your request to Apple directly, using this form: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
