My phone has been asking me for a payment method every time i try to download an app. I’m a minor so i do not have a card. I was wondering if you have any answers about what i should do

if you want to get an app on the app store, the app is either free or paid, with the price on the initial download button. Unless you have not added a payment method - which can be anything from a credit card, PayPal to iTunes balance - you will not be able to purchase the app. Here's how you can Add money to your Apple Account balance.

It's been awhile but I recall adding a gift card ($5 or any small amount) would stop the popup. I can't for sure verify that it still works but a $5 or less gift card should not be a costly attempt. Hope this helps.
