Inserted sims without the cartridge so now what?
I went to AT&T store to move around three SIMs and they only put a new microsim in the new iPhone 4 and left me to do the rest (i.e. smartcard sims to iPhone 3GS and insert new sims in old smartphone). Once I attempted to do this, I unknowingly lost the cartridge that holds the SIMS and the end result is that I have a SIMs stuck in the top of my iPhone 3GS.
I returned to the same AT&T store but they said go to Apple. I have almost removed the offending SIMS but fear damage to the phone. Anyway, do I need to make an appointment with the "genius bar" or would they resolve this for me just by walking in?
