Hello!
I have idea for Iphone: enable phones to charge each other via internal wireless charging. For example, my phone has 50% and my colleague's phone has only 3%, I put two phones together and charge my friend's phone.
It could be cool.

Wireless charging is about half as efficient as wired charging and generates more heat. Transferring charge from one battery to another is also inefficient. Doing the math in your example, both phones would even out at about 10-15% charge, and get very hot along the way.
Some other smartphones offer this. Apple was rumored to offer this in the last two models. It never happened. Presumably because Apple isn’t into gimmicks.
