How do i reset and have access to phone. My father went in to get an upgrade and the store shut his phone down but my father has no idea whaat his passwords are and couldn't get to any of hi emails. Every time i think im getting somewhere I get the response " Verification failed. There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server." what does that mead or what can i do?
