Hey Pmiller967,

Thanks for the update. Another thing to check is the notification settings for FaceTime.

Go to Settings  > Notifications.

Tap an app below Notification Style, then turn Allow Notifications on or off.

You can also set a notification banner style and turn sounds and badges on or off.

Hey there Pmiller967,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Your incoming calls not ringing could be the result of Do Not Disturb being enabled inadvertently. The steps to check are listed per the Apple Support article: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If you're using iPadOS 15:

  1. Go to Settings and tap Focus.
  2. Tap Do Not Disturb.

If you're using iPadOS 14 or earlier:

  1. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb.

Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there.

Best regards!
