Hi i get message from apple that my lost phone was found and link to locate it, but now i can't locate it, only my new iphone

You said that you were able to log in to https://icloud.com/find using your Apple ID. But you must assume that your Apple ID has been compromised, so see→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

I think not, because its connected to my icloud, and text message was form Apple (only that,no number not any notification)
But listen now, few days ago i had both iphones and watch on find it app, now have only mine which i use,
Even with my active phone cant do anything to old one (find me, or locate me,or put alarms as lost iphone)
The text message was NOT, repeat, NOT, from Apple. It was from whoever has possession of your phone. If you used the link in the message you gave your Apple ID and password to the thief, who then unlocked Activation Lock and probably also stole all of the data in iCloud.
That message was NOT from Apple but rather from the thieves.
Did you enter ANY of your credentials (passcode or AppleID password) into the web site to which it led you?
But still i have it on iCloud here in my new iphone, its still under "my phone"

Log in to https://icloud.com/find. Click on the device list. Do you see your phone on the device list, even if it says “offline”?
I see only my new phone, the stolen one can't
Then what I described is what happened. If you had any important data in iCloud consider that data stolen, and take appropriate action.
I have double check to get in icloud, even on other phone i cant come in icloud if pass i dont write from my new one,
Still can i call apple support i have box and cloud proof thats mine

Here says that noone can't get into my AppleID because i have double check, even they know mine ID, because my active (new) phone recive 6 code pass to let you in.
Your Apple ID password is NOT the same as your phone’s lock passcode. And the passcode on one iPhone will not unlock a different phone unless you made them the same.
