In the past I would have to go to the security panel and grant my OS permission to install a 3rd party program. Now after upgrading to Monterey V 12.5, I just get an error "the application un-scan-it gel 6.3app" can't be opened error -47
There is no opportunity to give permission to install.

Control (right) - click on the app and click on the Open button in the window that appears. Then click again on the Open button in the next window and it'll be good to go from then on.
