My iPhone is not turning on
Hello. My iPhone is not turning on, I am receiving notifications and my phone is vibrating from notifications and if I charge it it will make the charging noice but, it will not turn on.

Sounds like maybe your screen isn’t responding. Follow If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and also try a force restart.
First take off any case. Then:
Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
