Hello , today i put my iphone xr to charge it the phone is charging but not increase stuck on the same percentage so i restart my iphone to found the right percentage appears…why my iphone do that ?!

Usually you should get your battery replaced if it's below 80%. Try to perform a "Force Restart" too see if that helps:
