I do not want to hide my email on my iPhone. How to get rid of that option?

why is Apple support constantly trying to change my settings? I do NOT want to Hide my EMAIL. How do I get ride of that choice, and HOW DO I STOP Apple Support from changing things without my permission? this is text for goodness sake

Apple Support does not have access to your device to change settings. Hide my email is part of iCloud+. You need not hide your address but you will be presented the option.
