Left Handed

My wife is very lefthanded and has difficulty using her right hand to do things that she normally uses her left hand. When using an iPad, to access the top right hand corner, she has to use her left hand , and her arm then covers the covers the screen. Is there any way the screen layout can be reversed, so that the column on the left can be shown on the right side and the buttons on the top are on the top left of the screen
