Suspicious text about Apple ID being locked

Received a text stating my Apple ID has been locked due to two unauthorized devices. I assume this is a scam since I was able to log in here?

Unfortunately, it’s indeed a too-common phishing scam.

However, anytime is a good time to review everything about your account at https://appleid.apple.com/

Pay particular attention to your trusted devices and the validity of your trusted numbers.

Yes. If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try to log into it instead of through a text or email; they sometimes get disabled in the App Store and iTunes, but not elsewhere.
