Is this on an iPhone or an iPad or a computer?
If on an iPhone, then try Double Tapping with Three Fingers which will remove the zoomed in screen effect.
If that does not work then try the following 👉 If your Home screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
