Paid for 2TB iCloud+ and Apple cancelled everything with no proper refund

I have been paying for the 2TB iCloud+ storage plan for years. I was paid up until August 7 and yesterday upgraded to Apple One Premier (2TB option).

Well, Apple charged me the full $30 price and didn’t bother to prorate or refund the difference for what I had already paid until next month. So I submitted a refund request and specifically asked to prorate or refund the difference in the upgrade between iCloud+ 2TB and Apple One Premier.

Instead Apple cancelled my entire subscription and downgraded our whole family plan to the crappy 5GB free version and now none of our devices are backing up properly, syncing, etc because I’m way over (~200+ gigs).

They also kept my $9.99 that I had paid until August 7. WTF? How absolute inept can Apple be and think this is ok? I have been browsing support trying to find a way to contact someone but I can’t through their posted methods. Does anyone know how I can contact Apple about this mistake? They clearly screwed up, and they need to fix this asap. I have screenshots of the receipt and everything showing I paid until August 7. This is very frustrating and any help is much appreciated.
