Australian accent for Siri on Mandarin iPad

Mu neighbour is visiting from Shanghai. She has a mandarin-based iPad. To help with her English, she wants to have her iPad read some English texts. Currently, when she does that, the reading is Chinese accented.

Can she download an Australian or US voice and have her readings spoken in that accent?

Right now, I don't know exactly what model of iPad she has.

iOS comes with a number of voices. You can choose one for reading by going into Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices > English > English (Australia). Here you can choose between Karen, Lee and Siri.

Many other options are there for other accents.
