Unknown Device in Find My app, but not tied to Apple ID

I noticed there was a strange, unknown device in my "Find My" app - listed as "mac的MacbookAir".

However, this device does not appear under my Apple ID when viewing my list of devices.

Should I be concerned?

I have since removed the device and reset my Apple ID password to be safe (and 2FA is enabled), but just curious if less concern if only visible in Find My.
