Sim Tray Not opening

I bought a new iPhone 13 mini for my family. I transferred all data from my old iPhone SE to iPhone 13 mini. The new iPhone 13 mini works fine with iMessage, FaceTime etc and all settings from old iPhone SE was transferred to iPhone 13 Mini. However, I can’t seem to open iPhone 13 mini sim tray with pin. I tried to open sim tray when iPhone is turned on and also tried to open after switching off the phone. In both ways I can’t eject the sim tray with pin. Could someone please advise?
