No Service when going from wifi to cellular

My SE2020 has started showing NO SERVICE whenever I move from wifi to cellular. (It goes from cellular TO wifi no problem). I have done every fix I've found online, including removing and reinstalling the SIM and a full network reset (and yes I've toggled every cellular setting etc). The only thing that corrects it is a hard reboot. That's...ridiculous. Help? Thanks folks.
