Notes
I can’t send/share a note with third parties…says there might be a server problem…this has been going on for two weeks now

We know it's important that you be able to share the items you'd like, and we'll be happy to research this issue with sharing items in Notes app.
To get started, take a look at article, If you can't share or collaborate on notes with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Are there any troubleshooting actions listed there, that you haven't tried previously? If so, be sure to give them a go and see if they help.
Would you mind confirming the exact iOS 15 version you have installed? This is in Settings > General > About > Version.
