Apps not working

Hi,

I have recently bought a new iPhone 13 from Telstra and had all my info from previous phone transferred.

I now have a few apps that will not work without wifi. I have made sure they r using mobile data and I have also tried to delete and reinstall them. I have turned my phone on and off and also logged out of my Apple ID on the phone and reinstalled that also.

Does anybody know how to rectify this?
