How do I know if someone has access to my iCloud

On your phone, tap Settings, then your name at the top. All devices that have access to your Apple ID will be listed on the screen.

No one and no device has access to your iCloud account unless they know your Apple ID and Password. Hopefully, you have not shared this information with anyone else.
