Why do you think that a device tried to hack your iPhone?
You do know that it is not possible to hack an iPhone unless someone has actual physical access to the phone for a time and they also know your Apple ID and Password......correct?
Because the person used a different device, their iPhone,
so knowing my ID and thinking yet knew my password but failed.
so, back up the question, how
can I see a device that tried to hack my hack my account?
No one can hack your phone unless they know your Apple ID and Password
Tap Settings
Tap iCloud (your name at the top of the screen)
Scroll down to see the devices that are using your Apple ID (and Password)
If you see an unknown device, remove it
Change your Apple ID Password and do not give it to anyone

No way that I know of unless they are signed on to your account at the time. Where on your phone do you see any information that someone tried to hack your account?
Why would my phone receive verification code to sign in when I wasn’t even using my phone at the time.
it happened twice yesterday within a couple of minutes.
