How can i fix this problem?
i have contacted my carrier and they were no help. ive turned on and off my phone about 20 times. it seems to only happwn when android users try to text me but calling goings through. i don’t have any of the people who’ve tried contacting me blocked.
ive ran out of ideas.

You do not have any SMS plan enabled by your carrier. Probably you only have a Data plan on the SIM.
