My Apple watch goes in loop for reset factory setting without any success. Any suggestions?

My Apple watch goes in loop for reset factory setting without any success. Any suggestions? I tried hard resetting the watch, through iPhone (no connection with iPhone hence can't do through iPhone). It gives factory reset option then warning for losing the content and then give a progress bar in circle, after completing half circle it throws again erase content warning and then goes in loop. Any suggestions?
