iPad fast charge

I have an iPad Pro 10.5 in and an iPad mini 5th generation. Can I use a 20w fast charger with them? Will it stress the battery?

You can use the 20W power adapter, you can also use larger adapters such as a 96W Mac power adapter. It won't harm the battery. The iPad will not draw more power than it was designed for.

The 20W USB-C Power Adapter is ideal for charging any model of iPad.

iPad will automatically regulate and optimise charging of the battery. Using USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging, the iPad will rapidly charge to around 80% of maximum capacity - then reduce its charging rate to protect the battery.

iPad and iPhone are also designed to be left connected to their Power Adapter for extended periods. For an otherwise healthy iPad and Power Adapter, overcharging is not something that you should generally be concerned.
