Subscription Cancellation

I am trying to change my apple store country so I had to cancel my subscriptions first as it says on the instructions. I tried cancelling the subscription of 3 applications which I have, one is the apple music ( which is expiring on August 19, 22) and two other applications, one expiring on August 17, 22 and the other on May 20, 23. All f them haven't been cancelled yet ! And from what I got, they will be canceled only at their due expiry dates ! Does this mean that I can't change my apple store country until these subscriptions expire ??
