I need to cancel a subscription of a deceased parent
A charge of .99 keeps showing up on my deceased parents' credit card. If I don't know their apple id and password how can I cancel the charge?

One option is to contact Apple Support -- there is a Get Support link at the top right of this page.
Another option (if you don't have other reasons you need it) would be to just cancel the credit card.
