I am trying to resolve this issue for some time now and no one doesn’t know anything at Verizon.

We recommend that you check for a software update first.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues. 

Kindly secure a backup and update.

If your device is already up to date and the issue persists, we recommend that you reach out to your carrier again about the issue.
