Disabled Account

Every time I try to upgrade my storage for iCloud, I get a notification that says, "Your account has been

disabled in the App Store and

iTunes.

For assistance, contact

iTunes Support."

I don't know what to do to enable my account.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15
