Merge Accounts

I have somehow ended up with two Apple ID accounts and had to jump through hoops just to try and remove my Google account from being my Apple ID. I couldn’t change it to my current email address because it said it was already in use. So I had to create ANOTHER email address and figure out how to access my other account that I wasn’t aware of. Now I want to know how to combine the two because deleting one of them is going to take way too long because, again, you have to jump through hoops and wait. I have tried the suggested Family Sharing option; I can’t do that either because it says that account is already part of my family. It does not show up anywhere in my family or on my current Apple ID account. So… what are you supposed to do when that isn’t an option?
